[fedora-java] Rebuilding Java packages against Java 6

Hi,

At the last FESCo meeting, it was decided that all packages in F-16 will
be built with Java 6:

Java 7 will be available in F-16, but it will not provide any of the
regular provisions that java-1.6.0-openjdk provides (e.g. java,
java-devel, etc.) to achieve the above. I have rebuilt
java-1.7.0-openjdk to follow that:

If you built any Java packages for F-16 between August 5th and August
29th, please rebuild them, so that they get built with Java 6.
