[fedora-java] Please halt conversions to using xmvn for now until side effects are resolved

Hi everyone, 
There is an unadvertized side effect of using xmvn(%mvn_build, %mvn_install) - installing effective pom. This introduces complications and will force changes in other places so please don't use them until all the cases are cleared and approved by Java SIG.
