[fedora-java] Packages that should have "java-sig" co-maintaining

Happy New Year, java-devel subscribers!

I noticed that a number of important Java packages don't have the
"java-sig" alias as co-maintainer in pkgdb that probably should have:

cobertura
felix-* family of packages
gnu-regexp
isorelax
jarjar
jdom
jline
jzlib
msv
relaxngDatatype
xalan-j2
xerces-j2
xml-commons-apis
xml-commons-apis12
xml-stylebook
wsdl4j

Is there a way to get this fixed in bulk? Are there any other obvious
ones that should be added to the list?
