already experimental support for creating Maven repository. For ant build only a trivial change (%files -f mfiles...) would be needed. Someone just needs to create a proposal and convince Java SIG people (and optionally FPC) to approve it. I don't see much benefit from such solution, so I won't be the one advertising it.
