[fedora-java] netty - request for comaintainer(s)

I am the owner of package netty because it used to be required by Maven.
 Maven doesn't require it any longer, so I would prefer to give this
package to someone else.

Currently netty is required by a few other projects (including hadoop,
resteasy, thermostat, wildfly), so I would expect maintainers of these
packages to help with maintenance of netty by becoming comaintainers or
taking ownership.
