[fedora-java] Intent to retire maven-ant-tasks

Leiningen 1.7 is broken on F20 (and it isn't immediately obvious to me how to get it working without bringing back other deprecated packages), so I wouldn't view it as an obstacle to retiring maven-ant-tasks.
