maven-war-plugin has broken dependencies in the F-16 tree:
On x86_64:
	maven-war-plugin-2.1.1-4.fc16.noarch requires xstream
On i386:
	maven-war-plugin-2.1.1-4.fc16.noarch requires xstream
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
