core and analysis should have proper (2.9.1 as shipped by Eclipse) manifest .
org.apache.lucene bundle that re-exports would have to be created in
eclipse-build or dropped entirely.
I don't plan adding this to lucene srpm because:
* this would be a hack to lucene builds system
* the jar is not usable outside of eclipse
* lucene doesn't depend on eclipse and thus can't install into eclipse folders
but the jar should not be in _javadir because of the previous item
