mvn-rpmbuild will only use maven artifacts/plugins installed on local system as
RPMs. We have no aspecj-maven-plugin in Fedora and I assume you didn't create
it yourself. Ergo mvn-rpmbuild couldn't find it. 

mvn-rpmbuild is supposed to be used by packagers to create RPMs, not by Maven
users.
