Not sure if this is significant, but I also noticed that:

i686 architecture (located in i386 directory on kde-redhat repo):

kdeartwork, kdeartwork-kxs & kdeartwork-screensavers are 4.3.4, not 4.3.85

both x86_64 & i686 architectures:

konq-plugins is 4.3.4, not 4.3.85
kdegames(-libs) is 4.3.4, not 4.3.85
