I am now on 4.3.85 for both my machines, but... I had 4.3.4 installed for both machines the instant it hit kde-redhat and I had no problems then, neither for x86_64 nor for i686. I do recall that I only ran it for a few days, perhaps maximum a week or two, as 4.3.85 was made available soon thereafter.
