NetworkManager still not integrated properly into kde desktop

I heard many instances of the same/similar for gnome users... it's not 
specific to kde.  Regardless, I'd still contend it'll take someone with 
a bit of gnome-keyring fu/knowledge to properly debug/diagnose... 
something I'd venture is scarce in these parts.
