NetworkManager still not integrated properly into kde desktop

I wonder if we should resurrect the KDE 3 knetworkmanager for F11. It got
marked dead.package in Rawhide, but IMHO that was premature as the
replacement is not ready yet. And knetworkmanager works fine.
