Is there really anything in F11 for KDE users?

PolicyKit KDE integration. (When upgrading, make sure to yum install
PolicyKit-kde and yum remove PolicyKit-gnome after the upgrade. Fresh
installs from the F11 KDE Live CD already use PolicyKit-kde.) This needed
fixing in several other packages to not hardcode a dependency on
PolicyKit-gnome, so it wasn't backported to existing releases.
