I guess I'm not sure:

|abacus4>rpm -q kdelibs
kdelibs-4.2.0-15.fc10.x86_64

|abacus4>rpm -q kde-plasma-networkmanagement
kde-plasma-networkmanagement-0.1-0.8.20090302svn.fc10.x86_64

I only enabled kde-unstable to install the plasmoid. If it is 
incompatible with kde 4.2.0 shouldn't the rpm dependencies reflect that?
