Groupdav can not contact egroupware anymore

In bugs.kde.org, is ther a way to change the product? I just found 

    * Various authentication code improvements. See SVN commits 929627 and 
914548. 

for kio_http in kdelibs? Maybe I should draw attention from the developper?
