KOffice downgrade?

I don't understand the downgrade of k3b at all. I have 
been using k3b44 for some time and have experienced no 
problems at all.

As for koffice, the old koffice 1 is a waste of time, 
but koffice 2 did have some major problems, which is 
why I haven't used it (except for krita, which is 
getting pretty close to a gimp replacement, were it not 
for the fact that I have finally managed to learn gimp 
a bit, despite its ridiculous gui with all of those 
windows).
