Is there any way to make GTK apps look nicer by default under KDE?

Confirmed, and marked that as a F12Blocker-kde , awaiting feedback from 
Matthias.

It's been suggested we default to using qtcurve-gtk2 inside of kde, 
which we may end up doing, esp if this doesn't get fixed otherwise.
