KDM Plymouth integration.

Hello everybody!

In my machines with KMS I experience the flicker while switching from 
Plymouth to KDM, unlike the smooth switch to GDM. Is this still the case 
in F12/Rawhide?

I searched a bit but I only found questions, rather than answers:

If the problem is still present: is it something KDE devs should fix or 
that Plymouth devs should fix or both?
In other words: should I file a BR against KDE or Fedora?
