Use Configure Toolbars.  Add the Inline entry - I think it lacks an icon, but 
if you browse icons it's easy to add one.  Remove the old Forward entry.

Congratulations, Timothy and Martin :-)  You've spotten a bug, almost 
certainly unreported at this time.  It should get a bug number today, and I'll
