My screen isn't locking any more

I'm not sure what's changed -- the last update I did to anything that
looks relevant was kdebase-runtime-4.3.1-2.fc11.x86_64 on 17 September
-- but in the last couple of days I've noticed that I can no longer
lock my screen. Right-click on the desktop and "Lock screen" does
nothing, neither does Ctrl-Alt-L, and if I "sleep" my computer it
wakes back up unlocked.

Is this just me?
