What is kio_http_cache_cleaner ?

It removes old entries from the HTTP cache when you reached the disk quota

You can assign more disk space to the cache and/or wipe the entire cache 
manually from time to time (but wiping the entire cache means everything 
which is normally cached has to be redownloaded).
