available in f12/f13 unstable repos.

for you hackers out there.

Next task is to work on splitting vlc into fedora'able and 
patent-encumbered/rpmfusion parts.  I'll be trying to catch kwizart over 
the weekend to try to coordinate efforts and get things into official 
repos asap.
