New xorg update gives horrible display - long

Hmm - sorry to be a pain, but I need to get this right.  Asking for the 
downgrade, it says it will also remove 

xorg-x11-drivers    xorg-x11-drv-fpit  xorg-x11-drv-synaptics   xorg-x11-drv-
vmmouse  and  xorg-x11-drv-wacom

Will these also automatically get replaced?
