KDE 4.5 libraries problem with Skype

I was thinking about getting a community solution, maybe an idea from
someone that can help users in this case... Obviously we can't ship older
libraries... but for me, it's important to give an announcement of this
problem.

P.S. ¿What's the Correct term then?
