Dolphin "Panels" view options broken

Had the same problem:

Delete all files related to Dolphin from ~/.kde4/share/apps and ~/.kde4/share/config
(or ~/.kde instead of ~/.kde4 if Fedora places its KDE data there). That should work.
I guess current Dolphin is incompatible with config files created by older versions.
