ktts borken?

Nope. It doesn't. It just tells the same old stuff about how it is supposed to work, 
but the program doesn't work.

When opening systemsettings/accessibility, it says that kttsd is not running, even 
when it is ticked to run and when running kttsmgr from the command line, it docks 
into the system tray, but kttsd is still not running, so there are no voices 
available and it is impossible to configure anything.
