How to reduce fullscreen flicker

Hi,

If you have problems with fullscreen applications flickering when desktop 
effects are enabled then you can try the following HOWTO:

at this moment there is no one solution that would be suitable for all users 
because of performance issues in some applications in fullscreen mode.

For office applications running in fullscreen mode flickering can be fixed
with disabling of window unredirection with no performance issues but for 3d 
games this can be unacceptable.

So, it was decided to write this HOWTO for help users to make decision.

There is also feature request for adding option that configures unredirection 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=232532
but it was not implemented yet.
