knetworkmanager and 'enable networking' option

where knetworkmanager lacks an 'enable networking' option, like what 
both the plasmoid nm and nm-applet have, I've put some builds into 
kde-testing repo (f12,f13) for testing and feedback.

Requires:
kdebase-workspace-4.4.4-2 (the rest of kde-4.4.4 is in updates-testing)
knetworkmanager-0.9-0.20.20100603
