xterm not in KDE menus anywhere?

Linux is about freedom. If an application is installed and that application
provides a menu item then that menu item should be displayed. Why anyone would
want to use xterm over konsole is beyond me as well. Be that as it may, If a
user decides to use xterm, its there choice. What makes no sense is to have to
open konsole to run xterm.
