KDE/Gnome ...help i am confused

KDE, of course. :-)

If you want your computer to work like an iPad, where you get a default 
setup and that's all you're ever going to get, then by all means use GNOME. 
But if you want to be able to adjust your settings to your needs, KDE is a 
lot more flexible.

And IMHO, KDE's defaults are also better. :-) GNOME assumes that the user is 
inexperienced and that anything complicated has to be hidden from him/her. 
KDE, on the other hand, shows you what an experienced user needs to know, in 
a way which doesn't confuse you at first, but still shows you the stuff 
you'll want to know later as you become an experienced KDE user.

More configurability. More features. Upgrades to the latest&greatest without 
having to wait for the next release of Fedora.
