/usr/share/kde4/services/system-config-printer-kde.desktop
contains these strings but still see error "There was an error during
the CUPS operation: 'client-error-forbidden'." when running KDE Printer
Configuration and clicking on "New Network Printer". However, the lower
lever app system-config-printer works fine (i.e., asks for root
privilege when adding printer).
