KMix spins with 100% cpu since update to 4.6.2

I had deleted my kmix config because of this problem ~2 weeks ago,
and now I am facing the same issue again.

KMix spins at 100% cpu and isn't repsonsive. Am I really expected to
delete config files every two weeks to get a working Desktop.

All I expect of KDE is to get a Desktop where core components (like
panel, task-manager, kwin, kmix) work fine.
Social media integration, semantic desktop stuff and a complete
PIM/Office suite don't add value if core components are broken like
this.
