comments and some gory details follow, if you care: :)

* this repo is essentially a copy of our f15 kde-unstable repo, minus a 
few experimental pieces like qt-4.8/qtwetkit and newer/experimental 
virtuoso packages.

* though, it still has calligra packages (which replaces koffice). hrm, 
may change my mind on that

* still haven't decided how this will interact (if at all) with future 
iterations of our existing f15 kde-unstable repo
