Device Notifier

I last used my external hard drive about 2-3 days ago, and device notifier 
asked me if I wished to mount it. I just tried the same in rawhide, and it also 
asked. Rawhide is updated to today's status, including kde-4.6.

However, in F14, also updated to today's status, including kde-4.6, device 
notifier no longer recognizes that the external usb hard drive has been plugged 
in and no longer asks me what I wish to do.
