We can't build the new kde-plasma-networkmanagement if we don't have 
NetworkManager 0.9.0 in the buildroot, and Bodhi unhelpfully doesn't allow 
even provenpackagers to submit a buildroot override.

I could probably bother rel-eng, but at this point I think I'll just wait 
for the stable push, the update is now queued.
