Onscreen keyboard with word completion feature progress

Hello,

     Progress is being made to incorporate a word completion feature 
with an onscreen keyboard into KDE (Plasma and Maliit).  I think this 
would make KDE more accessible to disabled users.  Packaging seems to be 
one of the issues (mainly Presage).  For more info:

Any help or feedback in getting this implemented in Fedora/KDE would be
