Inline rename gone in 4.8//Dolphin 2.0 (and konqueror)

We generally only do one major update per fedora release cycle, so most 
likely only F17+ will see kde-4.9.x

I share your sentiments. but afaict, the feature was never there in 
kde-4.8.x, and required significant work to implement properly.
