Use ICC color profile for 1 display

The display calibration of my new laptop (ThinkPad T430s) is terrible.
I was able to find a color profile (ICC file) for this display on the
Interwebs, but I haven't been able to figure out how to actually use it
in KDE.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
