Kontact stays running after closing 4.11.9x

Hi,

I'm currently running/testing 4.11.97-fc20 and have noticed that on closing 
Kontact it stays running. This first appeared on this box after updating to 
the 4.11.9x series.

I've found a bug report on kde.bugs and wonder if anyone else has seen this?
