KDE Frameworks 5.3 and Plasma 5.1 available

Hi all,

KDE Frameworks 5.3 were moved to fedora-updates couple days ago, and Plasma 
5.1 is now available too for Fedora 20 and 21 in the Plasma 5 COPR [0].

I have also updated the live ISO images so you can try Plasma 5.1 before 
installing it [1].
