Configuring the Recently Used tab

Right click on the Application Launcher in the task bar.
Select "Application Launcher Menu Settings"
Select "Options" and increase "Recently used applications"

May work....but I don't know if that increase may also affect Documents.  I have "Recently Used Documents" unchecked.
