Well, actually it's not... especially since people keep citing it as the
reason for the change.  My opinion is that if you install the KDE spin, you
should get the KDE browser.  If you find you don't like it, you can install
something else; just as you'd have to install Lame, Flash or any of the
other things you may find you want, but aren't included in the
distribution.  If you can figure out how to add Flash to Firefox, you
certainly can figure out how to install Firefox.

First of all, I didn't say that the end-user experience "does not matter".
I stated:  "There is more to decisions than "end-user" experience."
Also, there is more to "end-user" experience than simply "does my Youtube
videos play".  If that was all you were concerned about you'd use
Ubuntu or for that matter Apple or Windows.
