dvratil-plasma-5 on f21: dependency problems

<nod>, copr needs to build a newer kactivities-5.11 (I'll queue that now)

I'm not 100% certain about the bluez/bluedevil situation, I'll have to look closer

Investigating myself, the problems seem to be:

fedora-updates-21 does not have kf5-kactivities-0:5.11.0-1 (only devel
and libs); dvratil-plasma-5-21 is behind and has them at 0:5.10.0-1

fedora-updates-21 has bluedevil-0:2.1.4 and kf5-bluez-qt-0:5.11.0-1;
dvratil-plasma-5-21 has bluedevil-0:5.3.1-1 and kf5-bluez-qt-0:5.3.1-1

So the fedora-updates update on kf5 is missing one package; and
bluedevil/kf5-bluez-qt seem to mixed old/new resp. new/new un updates
resp. dvratil.
