dvratil-plasma-5 on f21: dependency problems

OK,
so bluedevil needs a rebuild in dvratil/plasma-5 because of the ABI
break in 5.11.
Either 5.3.1-2 or 5.3.2 (plasma 5.3.2).
The package in f21 updates won't be updated, I guess.
Also, kf5-bluez* at 5.3.1-1 in dvratil/plasma-5 looks funny, but that
will be overwritten by 5.11.0-2 in updates.
