GTK font sizes

I don't think there's anything wrong with GTK UI font sizes in KF5 generally:

It's just that the folder and thread pane fonts in TB and SeaMonkey Mail are
smaller than other UI fonts in TB and elsewhere, thus more easily found too
small, and their gray color compounds the problem.
