long delays on kde startup (intermittent)

hardly, firewalld is masked and not running at all, see at bottom

one of the problem is that at the login time it tries to start way to 
much crap like NetworkManager.service or upowerd.service multiple times 
so , just look below what system messages i started to filter out after 
upgrade to F22 - that's all only bloatware starting to become 
uncontrollable like Windows or OSX (come on show me how i get my kate 
settings from my normal user to root since the FIVE files in .config are 
mot enough)
