Only minor issue. The first patch
http://people.redhat.com/jpirko/f20_backport_of_IFA_F_NOPREFIXROUTE_and_IFA_F_MANAGETEMPADDR/0001-ipv6-Remove-privacy-config-option.patch
is already in 3.13.

I can send patch rebased on 3.13 right away if needed.
