does zram in fedora need any configuration

answered that myself

* it needs configuration
* src.rpm built on F20 and tested on Rawhide attached
* that below is a VM with 2 virtual CPU cores
* configuration is 20% of RAM and one zram-device per core

[root at rawhide ~]# free

[root at rawhide ~]# systemctl start zram.service
[root at rawhide ~]# dmesg
