rpmbuild of rawhide kernel fails.

Hello,

I'm trying to build a rawhide kernel 
(kernel-3.20.0-0.rc0.git7.1.fc23.src.rpm)

with rpmbuild -bb --target x86_64 kernel.spec
and I'm getting the following error
